Ariel Bentata, Managing Member
Ariel Bentata has been a managing member and founding partner of Beacon Investment Properties, LLC, since its formation in 2003. He is responsible for coordinating the legal, corporate, financing, and development affairs for the company. In his role, he designed a comprehensive plan that led to the optimization of the corporation's real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Beacon Investment Properties, Mr. Bentata served as counsel to Ruden McClosky, a Florida-based real estate law firm, where he participated as the principal in numerous real estate transactions and structured several investment funds and complex special purpose vehicles. Mr. Bentata is an attorney admitted to both Venezuela and New York Bar Associations. He has a law degree from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela, and a master's degree from New York University.
