Gustavo Rosemblat, Managing Member (BRES)
Gustavo Rosemblat joined Beacon Investment Properties, LLC in 2006 as a director of redevelopment and construction, working alongside the company's principals in the management and supervision of several redevelopments projects. Currently the founder and managing member of Beacon Real Estate Services, his principal role is CEO of BRES. In this role, he oversees more than 50 employees and five million square feet of commercial properties in four states. Mr. Rosemblat has served as general contractor and has managed developments and redevelopments of more than 15 projects over the last several years. Mr. Rosemblat is an engineer with a master's degree in economic policy and planning from Northeastern University in Boston and he is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida.
