Mike Adams, Director of Asset Management
Mike Adams joined Beacon Investment Properties, LLC in 2010 as Director of Asset Management. Prior to his career with Beacon Investment Properties, he was vice president at Gibson & Granello Realty Partners where he was primarily responsible for representing tenants and landlords in lease and property sale negotiations. From 2008 to 2009 Mr. Adams was Vice President of Asset Management for Capital Commercial Investments, Inc., a real estate investment and development company. He has also worked as an asset manager for Argus Realty Investors LLP, and as a leasing manger for PM Realty Group. He began his career in the investment management business with AIM Funds and the American Capital Family of Mutual Funds in various sales and research positions. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
