Moises Benzaquen, Managing Member
Moises Benzaquen has been a managing member and founding partner of Beacon Investment Properties, LLC, since its formation in 2003. He is in charge of underwriting the company's investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence efforts, and overseeing administration, accounting, and fiscal affairs. In his role, he designed a comprehensive plan that led to the optimization of the corporation's real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Beacon Investment Properties, Mr. Benzaquen's experience was focused in banking and retailing, which give him vast knowledge on financing and human resources optimization. Mr. Benzaquen has a degree in economics from Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela, and an International Trades degree from Instituto de Nuevas Profesiones, also in Venezuela.
