Terry Kennon, Managing Director of Asset Management
Terry Kennon joined Beacon Investment Properties, LLC in 2010 as the Managing Director of Asset Management. He is responsible for providing leadership to the asset and property management staff. Prior to his work at Beacon, Mr. Kennon was the Managing Director of Asset Management at UrbanAmerica Advisors, a real estate investment company. From 2004 to 2009 Mr. Kennon was Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Behringer Harvard, a global commercial real estate sponsor, where he was responsible for portfolio management. Mr. Kennon was Senior Vice President of Asset Management with KBS Realty Advisors from 2002-2004, and from 2001-2002 he was Regional Vice President of Property Management for PM Realty Group. He is a Certified Property Manager and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis. He is also a member of the Counselors of Real Estate.
